The Foundation PRO was initiated by the Dutch artist Fré Ilgen and his wife Jacqueline Ilgen.
PRO was an ideological and visionary organization, actively stimulating the discourse on the
value of constructive art and architecture as contribution to the improvement of society for all
and to enhance individual well-being.
